c) develop spoken dialog systems for information retrieval via web/mobile interactive e-governance ‘information service gateways’ in local language (Kannada) allowing access to citizen-users to avail such data/services of the State. The solution would have functionalities that can serve as a show-case for lateral transfer to other States’ e-governance / regional languages across the country.
d) develop local-language –to– English / Indian language – to–Indian language translation solutions for e-gov applications (e-gov document processing, citizen user interfaces etc.)
